The Bible- A hot mess of confusion sometimes.
The Bible, not so simple and not so childlike I am learning. Right now I am in the process of reading through the book of Luke. I am taking this class called Vantage Point 3 (VP3) Monday nights at Cedar Valley Community Church and right now we are reading through the book of Luke. Maybe it is just my growing foundation that has probed my interest in the realities and liveliness of the Bible but I am truly engaged. It is not just the book of Luke that has probed my interest, but the New Testament and its relativity to life that is striking me. What I am in the process of unfolding is the depth of Matthew, Mark, & Luke (parallel / same books written by different authors, told in similar but different ways) that tell the foundation stories of the birth of Jesus, his walk here on earth, his discipleship, his various miracles, his prophecy, his death, and resurrection.
