Dear family, my have you grown...

Image
Dear family, my have you grown. Seriously, it is hard to think back to life when it was just me, myself, and I. You family have taught me so much about life and I am forever grateful. Lane, thank you for being my oldest, my strongest willed, my hyperist, my dressiest, and my most loving little girl. Leo, thank you for being my giggliest, my shadow, my hungriest and huggable little boy. Lastly, Lincoln, you are only 5 weeks old (only 2 weeks in these pictures), so I am still getting to know you, but thank you for demanding my attention. Thank you for your healthy cry, your healthy appetite, and your patience when I just can't get there fast enough. Thank you for putting up with us, and we welcome you to a crazy beautiful world, and a crazy beautiful family!

A Family Built on Christ's Solid Rock

On Christ this solid rock I stand. That is what this family stands for. Tyler and Megan have been friends of my husband and I for years, like back to elementary years. These two have always been individuals who stand for a purpose. Their lives are a living sacrifice of giving their time to the Lord's work. From raising children, to the daily work grind, to spending time ministering to high school students. These two lives have stories worth sharing. Enjoy! You and Tyler met in high school, tell us briefly about how you two came to fall in love?   Tyler and I met our junior year in high school and became instant best friends. Our first encounter was at UNI playing touch football and I guarded Tyler because he was the slowest one on the other team Our relationship started from that Monday night and continued to grow throughout high school. We never had th...

Blogger, Writer, Teacher, Designer, Wife, and Friend

Juli Camarin is too fun. We spent a beautiful overcast fall day together laughing and giggling at each others silliness. It was such a treat. Juli is a multifaceted woman whom I admire for her devotion to dissecting the Word, for her lovable personality, and her colorful style. Get to know her better yourself by reading below and find about her blog and the book she just wrote. Enjoy! You are a multifaceted woman! You are a designer, writer, blogger, teacher, and wife. Tell me how you juggle all these rolls.  I'm not sure I'd call it juggling, these things are such a part of me that unless I am actively engaged in each one, I struggle and feel boxed in... Designing, helps me to capture the images in my head and assign form to it. My two favorite mediums are websites and verse art. (and well...also creating the occasional bling!) Writing, helps me solidify concepts. I find great joy in studying the Bible, ...
